The James Barry-Robinson Institute is a nonprofit that has been helping foster children in Hampton Roads find loving homes for more than 25 years. Currently, there are more than 5,000 children and teens that need foster homes in Virginia, and we are working with local coffee shops to encourage individuals to explore becoming foster parents.

Hugs on Mugs is a heartfelt campaign designed to raise awareness about the vital role of foster parents. By emphasizing the essential qualities of Hope, Unconditional love, Guidance, and Support, we seek to inspire compassion and commitment to fostering. We extend our sincere gratitude to our coffee shop partners for their collaboration in this important mission, helping to spread awareness and foster a nurturing community for children in need. Together, we can make a difference!
